Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Netovia Networks Pvt Ltd (“Netovia”, “we”, “us”) handles information relating to visitors of netovia.in (the “site”). It does not cover information collected once you engage us for an on-site survey or installation — that work is governed by the separate agreement or quote you receive at the time.
What we collect, and how
This site is deliberately simple. Here is everything it can collect:
- Enquiry form. Pressing “Send request” on the “Request a site survey” form sends your name, contact details, and message to our server, which relays it to our inbox using Resend, a third-party email-delivery service — the message passes through Resend’s systems in transit but is not stored by us anywhere other than our own inbox. If that delivery isn’t available, the form falls back to opening your own email application with the same details pre-filled, and sending it is then your choice.
- Phone, WhatsApp, or email contact. If you reach out directly, we receive whatever you send us — typically your name, contact details, address or area, and details about your space. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp/Meta’s own platform, which has its own privacy policy that applies to that channel.
- Standard hosting logs. This site is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all web hosts, Vercel’s infrastructure processes basic technical data for every request — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability purposes. We do not access this on an individual basis; it is not used to build a profile of you.
- Performance and usage analytics (optional). With your consent, this site uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance (load times and Core Web Vitals), and Vercel Analytics to see aggregate visit counts and which pages are popular. Neither tool uses cookies. Neither collects your name, email address, or anything else that identifies you personally, and neither is used for advertising. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie, so we can avoid asking again — see “Your choices” below for how to change it.
Other than the optional analytics above, we do not run advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own.
Fonts on this site are self-hosted at build time rather than loaded from Google’s servers at runtime, so visiting this site does not share your IP address with Google for the purpose of displaying fonts.
Why we use it
Any information you send us through the enquiry form, email, phone, or WhatsApp is used only to respond to your enquiry — to confirm whether we can serve your area, arrange a survey, and follow up about the work. We don’t sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept in our email/WhatsApp for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to deliver and support the work. If you ask us to delete correspondence that isn’t needed for an ongoing job or a legal obligation (such as tax records), we will.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you’re happy for us to use Speed Insights and Analytics on your visit. You can accept or decline — declining changes nothing else about how the site works. To change your answer at any time, use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any page, which reopens the banner.
You can also ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing us at the address below. Because this site doesn’t maintain its own database of visitors, most requests are simply a matter of us searching our email/WhatsApp history and actioning what we find.
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults arranging network installation for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, because we add a feature that collects new information — we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for any material change, note what changed.
