These terms govern your use of the netovia.in website, run by Netovia Networks Pvt Ltd (“Netovia”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this site or submitting the enquiry form, you agree to them. They do not cover the survey, installation, or support work itself — that work is governed by the separate quote or service agreement provided once a job is arranged, which takes precedence over anything on this website.
This site is informational
Content on this site — service descriptions, the process outline, the coverage diagram, and everything else — describes how we generally work. It’s provided to help you understand what we do and how to get in touch; it’s illustrative, not a specification or a quote for your property. Actual coverage, timelines, and pricing depend on the physical survey of your specific space.
No prices or payments on this site
We don’t publish prices or take payments through this website. Every job is quoted individually after an on-site survey, in writing, before any work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance — submitting the enquiry form simply asks us to get in touch.
Submitting an enquiry
When you use the enquiry form, you’re asking us to contact you about your space. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, and that you’re the owner of the property in question or otherwise authorised to request work on it. We may decline any enquiry, including if the location is outside the area we currently serve.
Intellectual property
The text, design, layout, and graphics on this site belong to Netovia Networks Pvt Ltd unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to link to it; please don’t copy or republish it elsewhere without asking us first.
Analytics consent banner
On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page asks whether you consent to optional analytics (Vercel Speed Insights and Vercel Analytics). Accepting or declining is your choice and doesn’t affect your ability to use the site. See the Privacy Policy for what those tools do and don’t collect.
Third-party links
Links on this site that open WhatsApp or your email application hand you off to a third-party platform with its own terms and privacy policy, which we don’t control.
No warranty on the website itself
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Netovia isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. (This limitation doesn’t apply to the actual installation work you separately contract us for — that’s covered by the terms of that specific agreement.)

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
